Once a consultation appointment is booked and paid for, no refunds will be provided. This policy is in place due to the time-sensitive nature of appointments and the potential impact on other clients who may need the same slot.
5. Appointment Changes:
Clients may reschedule appointments within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability. Sevakh Global reserves the right to refuse rescheduling requests that are not made within the specified timeframe or exceed the permissible limits.

Corporate Mediation: Professional consultation cost of Rs.4999/- for a session of 1 hour either virtual or direct sessions. Applicable taxes would be additional.
Commercial Arbitration: Professional consultation cost of Rs.4999/- for a session of 1 hour either virtual or direct sessions. Applicable taxes would be additional.
Civil Dispute Resolution: Professional consultation cost of Rs.4999/- for a session of 1 hour either virtual or direct sessions. Applicable taxes would be additional.
Personal consultation: Professional consultation cost of Rs.4999/- for a session of 1 hour either virtual or direct sessions. Applicable taxes would be additional.
If onsite session; travel, accommodations charges would be additional.
c. After the first consultation and based on the suggested further procedures by representative of Seavkh Global, you can accept or reject the next steps suggested to you. Once consultation is completed, the session is successfully completed. So there is in no way to transfer or reschedule or add a session on single appointment.
e. Only Services and features clearly indicated as “free” are free or without charge. It is not the responsibility of Sevakh Global to provide free support to you in the use and operation of Sevakh Global.
a. Services may be terminated by us, without cause, at any time.
b. Services may be terminated by you, without cause, by following the cancellation procedures: (i) via Sevakh Global customer support.
c. Sevakh Global may terminate Services at any time, without penalty and without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement or the intellectual property protections applicable to these Services.
d. Notice of termination of Services by Sevakh Global may be sent to the contact e-mail associated with your account. Upon termination, Sevakh Global has the right to delete all data, files, or other information that is stored in your account.
When requesting for cancellation and refunds, Sevakh Global offers no refunding if the booking cancellation was not performed 3 working days prior to the booking.
Sevakh Global offers 50% refunding if the booking cancellation was performed 3 working days prior to the booking.
The contact and personal information we collect about you will never be shared outside of Sevakh Global.
We may photograph or videotape speakers and attendees for use in online or printed promotions. By virtue of your attendance, you grant us the right to take such photos or videos and to use your likeness in such materials.
Sevakh Global does not accept websites containing nudity or sexual, violent, or illegal content.
In the case of suspected plagiarism, please send links of both sites to info@sevakh.com and we will resend the sites to the jury to be reviewed.
