How to Raise a Complaint

Upon receiving your complaint, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 7 working days.
  • Investigate the matter thoroughly and impartially.
  • Provide a written response within 30 working days of acknowledgment, outlining our findings and any proposed resolution.

External Recourse

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to refer your complaint to an external body, depending on your jurisdiction and the nature of the complaint. For instance:

  • Bar Council of India: For complaints about professional misconduct, contact the Bar Council of India or your State Bar Council.
  • Consumer Forums: For service-related issues, approach the appropriate consumer forum.

Please consult the relevant authority or seek legal advice to understand your rights and applicable procedures.

Time Limits

Please note that time limits may apply for lodging complaints with external bodies. It is advisable to act promptly to ensure your complaint is considered.

No Charges for Complaint Handling
