By accessing and using the Sevakh Global website (www.sevakh.com) and its associated services, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should immediately discontinue use of the website and services.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sevakh Global. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.

Services Overview

Sevakh Global offers legal consultation services under a range of categories. Each service consists of a one-hour session (virtual or physical) priced at ₹4999/- plus applicable taxes. Additional charges apply for on-site sessions (e.g., travel and accommodation).

Consultation Booking and Payment

• Appointments must be booked in advance via the website.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and PayPal.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No Refund: No refund will be provided if the appointment is cancelled less than 3 working days before the scheduled session.
• Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued if cancellation is requested at least 3 working days in advance.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Rescheduling and Transfers

Rescheduling is allowed once per appointment, subject to availability and a minimum 48-hour notice.

Appointments cannot be transferred or extended beyond the original scheduled session.

Once a consultation is completed, no subsequent claims for continuity of session shall be entertained unless a new appointment is booked.

Termination of Services

Sevakh Global may terminate or suspend services at any time, with or without cause. Users may terminate their services by contacting customer support. Upon termination, user data may be deleted from our systems, unless retention is required under law.

Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and design, are the property of Sevakh Global unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Submission of Content

We do not accept submissions with obscene, violent, illegal, or plagiarised content. Allegations of plagiarism must be supported by URLs and reported to info@sevakh.com for review.

Privacy and Data Protection

All personal data is processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Information you provide is used solely to deliver services and is never shared with third parties without your consent. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Use of Cookies and Social Media

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
