Use of Trademarks

The trademarks of Sevakh Global, including our name, logo, and any associated slogans, are valuable assets that represent our reputation and goodwill. We take the protection of our trademarks seriously and diligently to prevent infringements.

We do not permit any use of our trademarks in any manner without our written permission. Additionally, we do not allow any use of a trademark that is likely to cause confusion by implying an association with us. Any use of our trademarks shall be with permission and linked to a business relation only.

Use of Sevakh Global Trademarks

If you have permission to use Sevakh Global trademarks, you must comply with the following guidelines:

• Do not shorten, abbreviate, or create acronyms out of our trademarks.
• Use the correct format and spelling of the trademark.
• Do not remove, distort, modify, or alter any element of our trademarks.
• Do not use our trademarks in connection with any other trademark or trade name without specific approval.
• Do not use our trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or approval by Sevakh Global without authorization.
• Do not display our trademarks in a manner that is misleading, unfair, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Do not adopt marks, names, logos, or slogans that are confusingly similar to our trademarks.
• Do not register or use any trade name, domain name, or social media account name that incorporates our trademarks.
• Do not register or seek to register our trademarks or any mark or name that is confusingly similar to our trademarks.
• Our trademarks should never be used as a verb or noun. A trademark should be used only as an adjective followed by the generic name/noun.
